DESCRIPTION:Small Treasures\nWinter Fundraiser\nDecember 14th and 15th\nEve
 nt is free and open to all\nArtists\, makers\, and community members are i
 nvited to share their creativity and support a great cause by donating up 
 to six pieces of original artwork or fine crafts\, each no wider than 10 i
 nches. Contributions in all media are welcome\, including paintings\, cera
 mics\, jewelry\, fiber arts\, wearable items\, ornaments\, cards\, and mor
 e. Businesses can contribute too!\nAstoria Visual Arts plays a crucial rol
 e in providing access to the arts in our rural community by serving as a h
 ub for enrichment through exhibitions\, residencies\, public events\, and 
 improved arts education for youth. Partnerships with schools\, organizatio
 ns and community groups are fundamental to our mission as we work to culti
 vate a healthy\, inclusive\, and diverse arts ecosystem that benefits ever
