The Astoria Railroad Preservation Assn. will open our Steam Locomotive Restoration Shop located at 446 W Marine Dr in Astoria to give the public an opportunity to view the progress we’ve made in the past years their restoring Locomotive #21 to operating condition. There will be a free barbeque for everyone’s enjoyment. Open to all ages, the event runs from noon till 5:00 pm. Covid protocols will be observed, including limiting the number of people in the shop at any one time, the wearing of masks and social distancing.
KMUN
