 organizing free local speakers forums regarding non-partisan topics that e
 xplain how the decisions that are made in Washington\, DC\, affect our com
 munities in Clatsop County. We call these discussions "Ask Questions/Get A
 nswers at the Library Talks." This talk is on HEALTHCARE "How H.R.1 has Af
 fected Healthcare in Clatsop County." Speakers include: Erik Thorsen\, CEO

 re including OHA and West Coast Alliance. This talk is in the FLAG ROOM at
  the Astoria Library and the audience has opportunities to ask questions o
