Ask Questions / Get Answers at the Library Talk

Our next Ask Questions/Get Answers is on Wednesday, September 9th from 5:00pm to 6:45pm at the Astoria Library Flag Room.
We have lined up some special speakers to discuss BEFORE THE BALLOT-UNDERSTANDING CURRENT ISSUES. Included are topics such as: What are the ISMS-Fascism, Communism, Socialism, etc., What and Why of Ballot Measures, Ways to Vote-Absentee, By Mail & In Person, Voting history and laws. This talk will communicate meaningful information to all ages and hopefully our audience will take advantage of this time to ask questions and get answers from these experienced and well-versed local speakers. Our October 14th talk will be THE IMPORTANCE OF VOTING-MAKE YOUR BALLOT COUNT!
