 ’s maritime past\, with local researcher Lauri Serafin presenting a fasc
 inating look at the Regatta’s 1894 origins\, the memorable 1899 event\, 
 and the crowning of the 1914 Regatta Queen\, Alli Forsstrom. This historic
  celebration will highlight the Regatta’s evolution from a major West Co
 ast maritime festival to a cherished community tradition\, featuring an ex
 tensive collection of vintage photographs and insightful commentary.\nDon
